Gabriola is very lucky to have a strong and dedicated Arts Council, they work diligently year round to create amazing events for island residents, tourists, artists and spectators.  One of my favourite things to do is to look through the Arts Festival program and decide on the courses to take, my kids love it too!  This year, I’ve signed up with some friends for the cheese making course, can’t wait to see what Paula Maddison has in store for us, and creating a youtube video with Jules Molloy (the very talented film maker) – hope to post a video of Gabriola on our website in the upcoming months.   Have a look on the Gabriola Arts Council website, registration opened today and some of the classes are already full, classes run April 2-12th 2015.
